A behind the scenes tour of two of New Plymouth’s fabulous homes.
A 1910 Californian bungalow full of beautiful character features. With contemporary art and fabulous furniture, this holiday home was recently featured in the June issue of the New Zealand House and Garden magazine and now you get the opportunity to step inside and explore this beautiful home.
A 1920s stucco home on the waterfront which has recently been renovated to make it more modern and upbeat to match a love of a classic Hamptons home. Sprinkled through the home you’ll notice the owners love for local Taranaki art as well as their own kids’ masterpieces hanging on the walls.
This tour also includes visits to Natural Fare; a specialist herb growing company with 11,000 square meters of glasshouses and Egmont Honey; a family-owned beekeeping business packing the world’s purest and finest New Zealand honey. Lunch will be at Arborio, noted for its stunning architecture, outstanding sea views and delicious cuisine.
